It’s exciting news that their petition to scrap prescription charges is now 20,000 voices strong.

The peitition organisers are thanking all their supporters who emailed their MPs and allowed them to meet 40 MPs last week to ask them personally to scrap prescription for long term conditions.
One thing they won’t be celebrating is the 50th birthday (on 10th June 2018) of the Medical Exemption list.
I was born in 1968 and so was the Medical Exemption List. This list decides who pays prescription charges and who doesn’t, but I didn’t have a say in getting Parkinson’s.
