Thousands of you responded to our cost of living survey and told us how worried you are about paying for energy bills this winter.
As a result, we’ve written to the new Prime Minister, Liz Truss to make sure your concerns are being listened to.
We’re calling on the new Government to support people with lung conditions with the rising cost of their bills and living in these ways:
Targeted financial support for people with lung conditions
Full reimbursement of energy costs for use of life-saving medical devices powered by electricity, such as ventilators, oxygen machines or nebulisers
Making prescriptions free for people with lung conditions so they can take their vital medication, stay well and out of hospital.
