Would you please consider signing our PETITION calling for a £25m annual fund to provide extra ‘respite breaks’ for unpaid carers?
FACT: The UK’s unpaid carers save our treasury £135bn each and every year. We are now asking the Government to return a miniscule fraction of that amount (£25m .. that’s 0.0185% of what they save us!) to provide extra ‘respite breaks’ for the most deserving cases. That can mean the difference between a complete breakdown .. and regaining some of their lost energy.
