Right To Thrive involves Londoners sharing their stories about how any discrimination they may have experienced has impacted their mental wellbeing.
They need the stories on discrimination you (or someone you know) have experienced – and how that has impacted on your mental health and wellbeing.

Una Carney – Senior lead for ThiveLDN
The first phase of ThriveLDN’s ‘Are We OK London?’ campaign focuses on mental health and wellbeing and runs from 2nd through to 29th July.
They believe it’s unfair that some people’s mental health is made worse because of the discrimination they face.
Right To Thrive is a ground breaking project to help better understand how discrimination – based on things like background beliefs and identity – affects a persons mental health and wellbeing.
Kate Griffiths – Equalities Lead
Working with their research partner, Revealing Reality, they want to hear from all Londoners about the impact of discrimination on their mental health and wellbeing. They appreciate it can be tough but they feel that by sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential way, they can together make a stand and begin to address mental health unfairness in London.
Dan Lescure – Senior Mental Health Policy and Programme Officer
In response to the stories shared through the Right To Thrive project ‘ThriveLDN’ will work with Londoners and partners to establish projects with the aim of addressing the issues raised.
But they need your experiences. This is an opportunity for you to contribute. They appreciate that not everyone has an equal opportunity for good mental health, but this is something they want to change.
