We are currently putting together a report on how rented bikes, left on pavements, blown over and casually leant up against shop windows can be a very real hazard to blind, visually impaired and vulnerable older people. Our aim is to get the law changed so that these bikes must be left in a designated ‘Docking Station’.
Our report, when finalised, will be made available (electronically) to anybody who requests it. It will also be sent to all the Mayors of our major cities and to parliament. As well as to every charity that deals with sight loss. Plus the media.
We would like your input to help us in our survey. If this is something that has impacted on you please do let us know:

Our aim is to have the law changed. We want the law to include how rented bikes should be returned.
“Rented *Cycles must always be left at a designated docking station.”

Please send us your experiences and any photos you may have. This is a campaign that we believe should be taken all the way to parliament.

And please let us know if you would like us to organise a petition.
