USEABILITY TESTING RESEARCH PROJECT

Useability testing research project

Do you wish services, products and information resources were more useable? Useability is about whether someone can use a product or a service to achieve their goals. Useability incorporates accessibility but is more than that. Accessibility is about providing equal access. Whereas useability is about ensuring that use of a product or service is effective, efficient and satisfactory.

Researchers from the University of Sheffield would like to get in touch with anyone who feels that their needs and requirements are not met by the design of products, services and information resources.  They are holding interviews, focus groups and round table discussions online and in-person in Sheffield during March, April and May. A £25 voucher will be offered to anyone taking part. The project aims to better embed equality, diversity and inclusion into useability testing.
