8,000 PEOPLE WITH PARKINSON’S PAY FOR THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS

From ‘Parkinson’s UK’

Are you one of the 8,000 people with Parkinson’s who currently pay for their prescriptions in England?

Parkinson's

If so, can you help us by sharing your thoughts on the charge?

We’re working with the Prescription Charges Coalition to get an up-to-date picture from people with long-term conditions about the impact of the charge, and we want to hear from you.

COMPLETE THE SURVEY

England is the only country in the UK where people have to pay for their prescriptions. This can be very costly for people with Parkinson’s, who often take multiple medicines to control their symptoms.

We know that right now some people with the condition are choosing between paying for their vital medicines, heating their home or eating.

Sharing your experience of prescription charges will help us to put pressure on the UK Government to review or, even better, scrap the charge altogether.

Please complete the survey today, it takes around 10 minutes and closes on Sunday 26 February 2023.

Together we can make a real difference for people with Parkinson’s and other long-term conditions.

Thank you
