UNPAID CARERS – ONLY I IN 129 ARE RECEIVING RESPITE SUPPORT!

Our thanks to Revitalise for their feature on Channel 4’s 7.00pm News as part of their Give me a Break campaign.

Of the 4.5 million unpaid carers in England and Wales, only 1 in 129 are receiving respite support, which is a staggering 37% fall since 2015. Carers are at breaking point.

Watch Revitalise’s guests Muneeba and her son Yusuf being interviewed alongside their Director of Income Generation and Engagement about the extent to which disabled people are seeing their respite support being taken away.
