AUTUMN TRIGGERS AND WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT THEM

From ‘Asthma UK’

We are well into autumn now –  the nights are drawing in and there’s a definite chill in the air. Some people with asthma find their symptoms get worse at this time of year, and we’ve been getting questions from people asking for advice on what they can do to help manage them.
In my latest video, Caroline, one of our brilliant Helpline nurses, offers her advice and tips on this.
I also answer the following questions:
  • Do you have any advice for parents worried about their child’s breathing difficulties?
  • Where would you advise I go for more information on my asthma?
  • How can I look after my mental health and wellbeing with my asthma?
